Payments need to be mailed in to Findlay Nazarene Church in order to be complete.

Make check payable to Findlay Upward League.

Basketball final registration is November 11. Cost is $65.

Cheerleading final registration by November 11 is $70.

Shorts for basketball and turtlenecks for cheerleading are optional at $13. 

Limited scholarships are available. Application is available here:
